Workflow automation that connects everything you run.

If two systems hold the same data, your team is reconciling them by hand. We build the workflows that make that work go away — so your CRM, billing, project management, and comms tools behave like one system.

$2,500 – $25,0001–6 weeks typical

The problem we solve

Manual data entry is killing your team's leverage.

We hear the same three complaints from every ops leader who reaches out:

Copy-paste between tools

Sales closes a deal. Finance manually creates the invoice. PM manually spins up the project. Three teams retype the same record into three systems.

Errors that cost real money

A typo on an invoice. A missed handoff. A duplicate record. Each one costs hours to clean up and erodes trust between teams.

Reports that lie

Your CRM and your billing system disagree on revenue. Nobody knows which number to trust. Leadership flies blind.

What we build

Workflows that pay for themselves in 90 days.

Every integration we ship is scoped to a specific outcome — never "connect these tools and see what happens." Here's what we build most often:

Quote-to-cash automation

Closed-Won deal in Salesforce or HubSpot triggers Stripe invoice generation, project kickoff in Jira, Slack alert to delivery team, and Drive folder creation — all in 30 seconds.

OutcomeSaved a 60-person consulting firm 1,250 hours/year

Bi-directional CRM sync

Salesforce ↔ HubSpot, Salesforce ↔ Outreach, or any combo. Field-level mapping, conflict resolution, and audit logging so reps in either tool see the same truth.

OutcomeEliminated 8 hours/week of duplicate data work

Customer onboarding orchestration

New client signature triggers welcome email, kickoff project board, calendar holds for stakeholders, Slack channel creation, and a contract record in your DMS.

OutcomeOnboarding time-to-first-meeting: 5 days → 2 hours

Cross-system error monitoring

Stripe webhook failures, Salesforce sync errors, missing fields — alerts hit Slack with auto-routing to the right owner so nothing falls through the cracks.

Approval workflows

Discount approvals, contract redlines, expense reports — routed automatically through your hierarchy, logged for audit, with Slack/Teams approve buttons.

Accounts payable & invoice automation

Invoice capture from a single AP inbox, coding to the right GL account, approval routing with escalation, then sync to QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero — with an exception queue for the invoices that genuinely need a human.

OutcomeManual invoice cost ~$12–15 each; automated runs under $3

Compliance-aware builds

The same workflows, built to survive an audit: attributable logs at every step, explicit human approval gates, and self-hosted execution so regulated data never leaves your infrastructure. Standard for our HIPAA, SOC 2, and FINRA work.

OutcomePrior-auth turnaround: 4 days → 6 hours, 73% auto-decisioned

AI-assisted steps inside a workflow

When a workflow hits something unstructured — a contract, an invoice, a support ticket — we drop in a validated AI step and hand back to deterministic logic. The AI-first builds live in our AI Automation & Agents service.

Real example

Mid-market consulting firm — quote-to-cash from 11 days to 38 hours.

The setup

60-person professional services firm. Sales closed in Salesforce, projects ran in Jira, invoices issued in Stripe, comms in Slack. Three systems, zero connection, finance team retyping every deal.

What we did

  1. 1Salesforce Opportunity → Closed Won triggers our n8n workflow
  2. 2Workflow creates a Stripe invoice with line items pulled from the opportunity
  3. 3Workflow spins up a Jira project + epic skeleton from a template
  4. 4Workflow creates a Google Drive folder with naming convention + permissions
  5. 5Workflow posts a structured Slack message tagging the delivery lead
  6. 6Workflow writes back to Salesforce with the project + invoice URLs

How we deliver

Three phases. Fixed scope.

Written plan before any code is written. No scope creep, no surprise invoices — and the whole build lands inside 6 weeks for most engagements.

01

Discovery (week 1)

Map the workflow, edge cases, and data shape. We scope what we'll build and what we won't, then deliver a written plan with a fixed quote.

02

Build (weeks 2–4)

We build in your platform or ours. You get a sandbox to test, with full error handling, retries, and logging baked in from day one.

03

Go-live + 30-day tuning

Cutover with a watchful eye. The first 30 days post-launch are included — we tune based on real-world edge cases and document everything for your team.

Tools we work in

We build inside your stack — not on top of it.

Questions

Common questions.

Can you work with our existing automation platform?
Yes. If your team already runs n8n, Make, Zapier, Tray, or Workato, we build inside your existing platform — you keep the code, the workflows, and the platform relationship. If you don't have one, we'll recommend the best fit (often n8n for the cost + flexibility combo).
What happens if a third-party API changes?
Every integration we ship includes error monitoring + Slack alerts. If a vendor changes their API, you'll know before your team does. We offer ongoing retainers for proactive maintenance, or you can call us when something breaks.
Do you handle data migrations as part of the integration?
Sometimes. If the integration requires a one-time bulk migration (e.g., backfilling 5 years of opportunities into a new system), we'll quote it as part of the scope. Smaller migrations (<10k records) are usually included.
Can you build something that's never been integrated before?
Probably. If both systems have an API or a webhook, we can integrate them. The 10% of platforms without an API, we usually find a workaround (RPA, headless browser, etc.) — happy to assess on a discovery call.

Ready to scope your workflow automation & integrations project?

Request a call. We'll talk through your stack, your goals, and walk away with a scoped plan and a quote.
