Services
Automation services for B2B teams.
From simple integrations to complete system implementations, we deliver automation solutions that eliminate manual work and scale with your business.
Workflow Automation & Integrations
The core build: connect your systems so data flows automatically, without manual effort.
What Is Workflow Automation?
Workflow automation connects two or more business tools so data flows between them without anyone retyping it. Ops Automators builds workflows across CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, payment processors like Stripe, accounting systems like QuickBooks, project tools like Jira and Asana, and communication platforms like Slack — on n8n, Zapier, or Make.
The Builds We Ship Most
Quote-to-cash orchestration, accounts payable and invoice automation, bi-directional CRM sync, customer onboarding cascades, approval routing, and cross-system error monitoring. Each one is scoped to a specific outcome with a fixed fee — never "connect these tools and see what happens."
Compliance-Aware by Default
For regulated teams we build the same workflows with attributable audit logs, explicit human approval gates, and self-hosted execution so HIPAA, SOC 2, or FINRA data never leaves your infrastructure. If you already run a platform we build inside it; if not, we can host and manage everything for you.
AI Automation & Agents
AI for the judgment steps rule-based workflows can't handle — with validation and human gates.
What Is AI Automation?
AI automation uses large language models to handle the parts of a workflow that need judgment rather than rules: reading a contract, coding an invoice, classifying a support ticket, researching an account before a call. It sits alongside deterministic automation, which still handles everything predictable, high-volume, and cheap.
Built to Survive Production
AI fails differently from a workflow: instead of breaking visibly, it returns something confidently wrong. Every build we ship enforces structured output against a schema before anything writes downstream, routes low-confidence cases to a person, gates irreversible actions behind human approval, and logs every invocation.
And Where AI Doesn't Belong
The most common outcome of an AI opportunity assessment is that we recommend the deterministic version instead. We'll backtest a proposed AI step against your historical records first, and if it can't beat the bar we say so before you spend build budget.
Automation Strategy & Program Leadership
The engagement where we think and lead rather than build — so the right things get automated in the right order.
Operations Audit & Roadmap
Not sure where automation will deliver the most value? We shadow your team, map every current workflow, and deliver a prioritized roadmap of opportunities ranked by ROI, build effort, and payback period. You'll know exactly what to automate, in what order, and what to expect — and you can execute it with us, in-house, or with anyone else.
Project Management Leadership
Are your projects spinning out of control? Our PMP-certified team embeds to establish the frameworks that keep them on track — setting up your PM tooling, running the ceremonies, coaching your team, and leading the program through go-live.
Tech Stack Rationalization
If you're paying for 80 SaaS tools and using 12, we help you cut. We audit subscriptions, find the overlap, and recommend consolidation. It often pays for itself within 30 days — before any automation gets built.
Platform Implementations
End-to-end configuration, data migration, go-live, and team enablement for the platforms your business runs on.
What Does a Platform Implementation Include?
Platform implementation is the end-to-end process of configuring, migrating data into, and deploying a new business system. Ops Automators implements CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, automation platforms like n8n, project management tools like Jira, and payment systems like Stripe — with enablement and ongoing support included.
What You Get
We deploy your software right the first time: configuration tailored to how you actually work, complete data migration with validation, integration with your existing stack, sandbox and UAT before go-live, and documentation you'll actually keep. Roughly 70% of CRM implementations underdeliver because of adoption rather than technology, so we stay long enough to know it stuck.
Team Enablement Included
Enablement isn't a separate purchase. Every implementation includes role-based live sessions (admins, reps, and managers each learn different things), hands-on labs against your own configuration, custom documentation, a searchable recording library, and 30 days of post-launch reinforcement. Train-the-trainer is available where you want the capability in-house.
n8n Consulting & Development
The platform behind most of our builds: self-hosted deployments, Zapier and Make migrations, and managed hosting.
What Do n8n Consultants Do?
n8n consultants design, build, and maintain production workflows on n8n — the self-hostable automation platform. Ops Automators builds n8n workflows with real error handling and alerting, deploys hardened self-hosted instances, migrates teams off Zapier and Make, and layers AI agents into workflows using n8n's 70+ AI nodes.
Why n8n Is Our Default Platform
Most of our client automations run on n8n. Self-hosting keeps costs flat as volume grows — a $20 VPS routinely replaces $500+/month in Zapier spend — and keeps sensitive data inside your own infrastructure, which is why every one of our HIPAA and financial-services builds runs on it.
From First Workflow to Managed Hosting
Single workflows start at $2,500 fixed-fee and ship in one to three weeks. Larger engagements cover multi-system orchestration, Zapier-to-n8n migrations with zero-downtime cutover, and fully managed hosting with monitoring, backups, and monthly patching.
Pricing
Transparent pricing. Two ways to work together.
Most engagements are scoped as fixed-price projects — we'll scope it, quote it, and ship it. For ongoing capacity, we offer monthly retainers starting at 10 hours/month on a 6-month engagement. Our base hourly rate is $150 / hour. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call.
Quick win
$2,500 – $7,000
1–3 weeks
Single-process automation connecting 2–3 tools. Great for proving ROI before scaling.
Example: Auto-invoice from CRM closed-won → Stripe → Slack ping
Mid-complexity
$7,000 – $20,000
3–6 weeks
3–5 connected systems with branching logic, error handling, and team training.
Example: End-to-end client onboarding (CRM → PM → comms → billing)
Operations overhaul
$20,000 – $50,000+
6–12 weeks
Multiple interconnected workflows, AI components, approval flows, monitoring + alerting.
Example: Lead-to-cash platform with AI contract analysis
Custom or one-off work outside fixed scope is billed at $150/hour. Ongoing capacity available via monthly retainers starting at 10 hours/month on a 6-month engagement.

Questions
Common questions.
- What does Ops Automators actually do?
- Four things, in order of how often we're hired for them. We build workflow automations and integrations between the systems you already run (quote-to-cash, accounts payable, CRM sync, onboarding, approvals). We add AI to the judgment steps rules can't handle, with validation and human gates. We run strategy engagements — audit, roadmap, and PMP-certified program leadership — where you need thinking rather than building. And we implement platforms end to end, including team enablement. Most builds run on n8n across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Jira, Slack, and 100+ other tools.
- What's your pricing model?
- Two options: fixed-fee projects starting at $2,500 for simple integrations and scaling to $50,000+ for full operations overhauls, or monthly retainers starting at 10 hours/month on a 6-month engagement for ongoing capacity. Our base rate is $150/hour. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call and a written scope before any work begins.
- How long does an implementation take?
- Most automation projects take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Simple integrations can be live in days, while full multi-system implementations may take 6–12 weeks. Discovery + design is week one; build is weeks 2–4; testing and training round out the rest.
- Do we need to switch tools or platforms?
- No. We build automations around the tools you already use. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Jira, Slack, and 100+ other platforms. If you can dream it, we can probably build it on top of your existing stack.
- What happens after an automation goes live?
- Every fixed-fee project includes 30 days of post-launch tuning and documentation. After that, you can either run it in-house using the docs and training we provide, or roll into a monthly retainer (starts at 10 hours/month on a 6-month engagement) for ongoing capacity, enhancements, and monitoring. You own all the code and workflows either way.
- Can you work with our existing automation platform?
- Yes. If your team already runs n8n, Make, Zapier, Tray, or Workato, we build inside your existing platform. If you don't have one, we'll host on n8n (cloud or self-hosted, your choice).
